How much can I expect to pay for a new kitchen?
Depending on the size of the kitchen, the smallest can range from $10,000, medium around $25,000 and high $50,000 upwards. If you have a budget in mind, we can definitely help you choose the right hardware to suit you.
Does your workmanship have any warranty?
All our joinery comes with a 5-year workmanship guarantee. All hardware comes with at least a 10-year guarantee; it varies between each hardware manufacturer.
Does my kitchen come with delivery and installation?
We include delivery and installation in our jobs; if you feel that you would like this removed, we can most certainly do that.
Do you offer free consultations?
Consultations, designs and quotes are all no obligations and are free.
Are appliances included in your pricing?
No, however, we can arrange fantastic details with some of our local partners. They provide commercial rates you don’t get when you walk into their stores. You will deal with them directly, so there is no extra charge and you benefit from significant cost savings.
Do you have a showroom?
We most certainly do, come down to 57 Albert Street in Cambridge – we will see you there!
What are the payment terms for a kitchen?
When a quote is accepted, a 50% deposit is required.
Once we have finished the job before it’s delivered, we require a further 40%.
Upon completion of installation and you are happy, we ask for the final 10%.
How long does a kitchen take to finish?
Every job has distinctive properties, so we can’t say exactly what each job’s timeline will be. A custom kitchen can take a minimum of 2 – 4 weeks to build. Installation times also vary, often the base units can be installed in the first 2-3 days allowing for benchtops to be patterned. It can then be another 2-3 weeks minimum before benchtops are installed and the kitchen installation is fully completed.
Many hold-ups generally work around other subcontractors to finish their part of the puzzle. Good quality takes time. We always communicate at times when there’s a delay.
